|  Consumers can now choose how their home entertainment systems look and can now adapt their products as often as they desire to complement their changing style. Designed based on feedback from consumers who have long expressed a need to move away from standard black electronics products, Flavors is a stylish, slim and flat high-gloss white TV with removable frames. The removable frames are available in a variety of colors and patterns that can be customized and taken on and off the front of the TV in a matter of seconds. A matching Flavors home theater system also has interchangeable frames. |

|  Flavors is targeted at consumers who want fashionable objects for their home, so Philips has styled every aspect of this television. The TV has been designed to be viewed from 360° - because the fit with a consumer’s home interior is so important. Flavors has also been designed with Simplicity in mind. The TV looks great ‘naked’ without any frame in its glossy white finish, but looks even better with a frame on it, which can be chosen to match a consumer’s personal style. The frames can be exchanged at any moment for another frame in a different color, pattern or material using hidden magnets inside the TV. The same principle applies to the Home Theater System. Given the attention to detail in the 360° design, there are no big holes or electrical parts visible on the back of the TV – it has a smooth finish. The Flavors TV has been specially designed to hang on the wall. Philips provides a wall mounting system which makes it very simple to hang, fitting the TV tightly onto the wall. The wall mounting system is only 16mm thick (one of the tightest hanging systems on the market) and consists of one easy-to-hang piece which makes it easy to hang the TV straight. This means that no measuring or fussing around is needed; the TV can be easily installed and effortlessly adjusted. The white cables have been designed to tuck in neatly behind the television into one cabinet and to blend with white walls (as opposed to standard black cables). The remote control is in high-gloss white to match the pure design of the television. As a final touch, the Flavors products come with a choice of on-screen menus that match the chosen design of the frames. So that the frame around the screen matches what’s on the screen (for example, a Pink Passion frame with a Pink Passion on-screen menu).

| Flavors has been launched in Italy in September 2008 but tested worldwide The Flavors concept has been tested with over 3000 consumers in 8 countries, and all countries loved the idea. Philips chose to launch Flavors in Italy as Italians are famous for being design-oriented and are confident in expressing their own style. Philips launched 12 frames for consumers to choose from in Italy, which were chosen as the most popular after testing over 70 frames with consumers. Both the TV and the HTS frames available are colored, patterned or consist of real materials – and include today the Blue Azure (colors), Red Chili (colors), Yellow Sun, (colors), Black Night (colors), Pure White (colors),Silver Garden (pattern), Night Garden (black pattern), Pink Passion (pattern), Silver Ripple, (pattern), Blue Fusion (pattern), Aluminum Dusk (real materials, black) and Aluminum Pure (real materials, silver).  |

| Flavors – TV and home theater system pricing |
|  The Flavors TV consists of 3 model sizes, 22”, 32”’ and 42”. The Flavors TV is supplied with one frame in the shop which consumers can select themselves from the choice of frames available. After registering online, consumers can choose a second (free) frame for their TV. Additional frames can then be ordered online as desired. The ordering process for the home theater system is the same as for the television. Frames can be removed and exchanged in a matter of seconds, using a system of hidden magnets, which have no effect on the picture quality or performance of the television. |
